of career consultation. The final candidates presented
will have completed an intense career consultation to
ensure that the position matches their personal and professional
career objectives. This process will consist of:

- Collection
and evaluation of 360 feedback
- An
in person consultation with a Hadley-Reynolds Associate
to review and evaluate all data
- 3-month
Executive Coaching after placement
